TechAnalysis AI provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI assistants to perform real-time stock and cryptocurrency technical analysis. The service includes technical indicators, charts, stock screening, and fundamental data.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or market manipulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
• Share your API key with unauthorized parties
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to bypass rate limiting
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service

Free accounts are limited to 25 analyses per day. Additional rate limits may apply to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to adjust limits as needed.

While we strive for accuracy, market data is provided by third-party APIs and may contain errors or delays. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

TechAnalysis AI and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions made based on the analysis provided.

We reserve the right to deactivate API keys and terminate access for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
