1. Service Description

Technical Analysis MCP Server provides automated stock and cryptocurrency technical analysis through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The service delivers chart images, indicator data, and written analysis reports via AI assistant integrations (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, and others).

2. No Financial Advice

This service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by this service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the service's output as such. We do not recommend that any asset be bought, sold, or held by you. Do your own due diligence and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• API keys are personal and must not be shared or resold.
• Automated bulk requests beyond the rate limits are not permitted.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the service infrastructure.

4. Free Tier & Quotas

Unregistered users receive a limited number of free trial analyses. Registered users receive an API key with higher rate limits. We reserve the right to change quotas and rate limits at any time.

5. Data Accuracy

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (Financial Modeling Prep). While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of the data. Technical indicator calculations follow standard formulas but may differ from other platforms.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this service, including any financial losses from trading decisions.

8. Account Termination

We may deactivate API keys or restrict access for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or at our discretion. You may deactivate your own key at any time by re-registering with the same email.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
